Based on the Reactor Bipe 25e, but larger in size and with the capability for smooth sport maneuvers and 3D aerobatics with an outrunner brushless motor as well as a 2-stroke or 4-stroke glow engine. Lots of fiberglass parts add quality touches, and pre-hinged ailerons speed final assembly. It's the rock star of hybrid ARFs! Reactor 3D's ultra-thin (9%) airfoil allows for easy transition in and out of high alpha flight. Another performance benefit is the exceptionally wide speed range. The large, airfoiled tail surfaces allow for smooth sport flying all the way up to incredible aerobatics, before slowing down for soft 3-point landings. Quality construction is evident in the fiberglass cowl, wheel pants and upper wing mounting pylon. The pylon is glued in place to speed wing installation, with the servo leads inside for a cleaner, more aerodynamic look. The laser-cut wood parts are keyed for a secure, interlocking fit that strengthens the entire structure while also reducing overall weight. The cowl and wheel pants are made of quality fiberglass, and painted to match the dazzling trim scheme. The battery hatch opens for easy access to the on-board radio gear and Li-poly battery packs.
