EM Flight Team at Top Gun 2010


First time Top Gun competitor Brian Watts teamed with Matt Fehling and F-86 Sabre that was built from an early composite kit. Brian mastered the art of applying a "e;Flight Metal"e; finish for an all-up weight of 18 lbs. (8170g) including the EVF 5612 and EM6400 12S batteries. Our team finished at 6th place in most prestige category the Flight Team.

Top Gun is the most prestigious scale event in the world, and we were extremely proud to be a part of this RC world class competition. During five day event in Florida, it's extremely challenging to be part of the Top Gun. Your time to fly is predetermined and so you fly when your number comes up, if the wind or sunlight doesn't quite suit you, you must perform anyway.
