Airplane/EDF Sales/Support Representative

This Position Covers Two Main Areas!

Airplane Sales/Product Support - Provides excellent service to our customers. This position handles sales calls, technical support issues and manages various vendor relationships including placing product orders. This position is also responsible for inputting information into the computer and processing the necessary paperwork to ensure accurate records are kept. This position is responsible for handling various aspects of product support including answering incoming calls, email and written correspondence. Other duties include: maintaining files and other clerical functions related to product sales, support and other duties as needed.

Product Development - This position has the responsibility to utilize specialized knowledge of principles and considerable radio control experience to build, test and analyze RC products, help the team determine marketing strategies and to assist with all facets of product development from start to finish and to help identify industry trends and new products.

Qualifications/Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a team oriented attitude, prior sales and customer service experience, a strong knowledge of Radio Controlled airplane operation and support as well as a proficiency in data entry and MS Excel and Office software. Excellent communication skills, sharp attention to detail, ability to multi-task and a desire to work in a high energy team environment are essential. Bilingual in English/Spanish/Portugal is a plus.
