Counter Sales/Support Representative

Retail Sales Support - Provides excellent service to our walk-in customers.

This position will be responsible for:

• Greeting each customer and providing top notch and courteous customer service.
• Assisting customers in identifying the best products for their needs, make recommendations for specific applications in helicopters/airplanes.
• Handling various aspects of product support as well as: answering incoming phone calls, clerical functions related to product sales, technical support and to utilize your knowledge of R/C models to test and answer customers questions.
• Assisting the team in determining marketing strategies as well as help identify industry trends and new products as well as all other duties as needed.

Qualifications/Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a team oriented attitude, prior retail sales experience, a strong knowledge of Radio Controlled helicopters & airplanes is a must.

PC skills, including data entry and working knowledge of MS Office software is required.

Excellent communication skills, sharp attention to detail, ability to multi-task and a desire to work in a high energy team environment are essential.

Bilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese is a plus but not required.
