The all new XBus system uses JR's own serial bus data instead of PWM (Pulse Wide Modulation) to communicate with XBus products such as servos. Control signals are sent in a serial manner to all channels, with individual servos recognizing their own data from receiver.

Its diffcult to pick just ONE reason why this receiver is so special. One could point to the path diversity antennas that eliminate the need for a separate remote for full-range signal and telemetry data. Perhaps the fact that this receiver is the first 6-channel and smallest receiver in JR's lineup that is also XBus capable. Maybe the low power consumption, EZ BIND simplicity and ultimate flexibility are the main selling points. Whatever you choose, you can not argue with the fact that the RG612BX is indeed a revolutionary piece of equipment that deserves a home in one of your models. If youve got a sailplane or smaller model where space is at a premium but compromising performance isnt an option, take a look at the new RG612BX receiver, only from JR.

Non XBus servos can still be used in conjunction with a channel decoder in serial connection, or plugged directly to the PWM ports of the receiver (avoiding the XBus port).

JR Dual Modulation Spectrum System (DMSS) 2.4GHz protocol offers a secure radio link that combines DSSS and FHSS capabilities into a wide-band transmission system that includes high speed response and high resistance against RF noise.
