Returns:
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Esprit model within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in New and Unused condition and in its original packaging. Please complete our Return form and include a copy of your invoice. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if the customer chooses a gift certificate as credit.

Any item purchased in our retail store may be returned within 30 days as long as the item is in retail condition and with the sales receipt.

Please inspect all items when you receive them!!!
You must notify us about any damaged item you receive within 7 business days from the date your package is delivered. No damage claims will be accepted after 7 business days.

Items purchases in our store may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Absolutely no returns accepted after 60 days!
