Firstly the service provided by Esprit Models was excellent. I live in Australia and find it very difficult to convince some suppliers to send items here. This was not a problem for Esprit. Easy payment, fast delivery, good packaging, great communication, and most importantly everything arrived without any damage. To the Model. I just love the Pilatus Porter. As a subject for a scale plane project I couldn't find something with as much character as the Porter. I had the scale 60 Porter (The blue one)and this flew nicely, with quality fittings, so when it finally needed replacing going for the 150 was an easy choice. All up this is my favorite plane in the hanger. I can honestly say that the whole experience: from ordering through to flying has been a pleasure. Thanks Esprit Models!!

(I) just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how thrilled I am with my new Jeti DS-16 and accessories. Coming from Futaba, it was hard to put down a brand that I had been with for 30 years flying helicopters, large gas warbirds, and jets. (I) decided to take the plunge and I am very glad I did.
Also am impressed with the quality of the Jeti polo shirts I got. Seems that no matter what club I go to (and I belong to 3 in my area) people are fascinated by Jeti. Heck, I am even thrilled to show off what my new equipment can do!! Think I even talked a club member in Napa CA into getting a DS-16 today. OK, the quality and functionality of the Jeti had a lot to do with it.

My order arrived to New Zealand few days ago in excellent condition just 6 days after placing the order. I am very impressed with your service and look forward flying the model.
Received the Fantasy today. The carton had taken a very bad hit on the top. After a couple shots of Scotch, I was able to open the carton to see how bad the damage was. Removed the outer wrap, and found that it had done job very well. There was a very small dent on the box inside. There was hope after all! I put the Scotch back in the refrigerator. Opened the box, everything was Perfect!
