Warranty

Some of the distributors/manufacturers for the products that we sell have very specific warranty processes. This list will help you resolve a potential warranty issue as quickly as possible.

Jeti:
Esprit Tech/Model is the US warranty and service center for all of the Jeti products that we sell. This means that if you have an issue with any Jeti item purchased through Esprit Tech/Model you should contact us directly to resolve the issue. Jeti Transmitters, JetiBox Profi and Phasor Race motors have a 24 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturer and material defects. There is no partial warranty against damage or abuse. For details, refer to the item's user manual.

Other Jeti devices (Receivers, ESCs), have a 24 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturer and material defects. These devices are also covered under a 50% replacement warranty. This means that if your device is damaged by something other than manufacturer or material defect, the original owner can purchase a replacement for 50% of that device's current retail price. This warranty covers the original owner for as long as they own the device. For this warranty, we must first receive the damaged device.

If you ship any of the Jeti items directly to the manufacturer in Czech Republic before letting us know, and setting in place the proper way of return/repair procedure, there is nothing we can do to help you.

Model Motor (AXi):
Esprit Tech/Model is the US warranty and service center for all of the AXi/Model Motor products that we sell. This means that if you have an issue with any Model Motor item purchased through Esprit Tech you should contact us directly to resolve the issue. All AXi motors and accessories have a 24 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturer and material defects. For details, refer to the item's user manual.

All AXi brushless motors and accessories have a 24 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturer and material defects. On the top 2 year warranty we offer for all AXi motors also additional coverage under a 50% replacement warranty. This means that if your device is damaged by something other than manufacturer or material defect (Crash, Handling …), the original owner can purchase a replacement for 50% of that device's current retail price. This warranty covers the original owner for as long as they own the device. For this warranty, we must first receive the damaged device.

MVVS:
Esprit Tech/Model is the US warranty and service center for all of the MVVS brushless motors that we sell. This means that if you have an issue with any MVVS brushless motor purchased through Esprit Tech/Model you should contact us directly to resolve the issue. MVVS brushless motors have a 36 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturer and material defects. For details, refer to the item's user manual.

Spirit Systems:
All units returned will be inspected by Esprit Tech and if possible, re-flashed and returned to the customer. Any items that cannot be re-flashed/reset are subject to inspection by Spirit System to determine warranty eligibility. If it is determined that the unit does not qualify for warranty, a quote for repair or 1/2 price replacement will be made. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to take place.

Hacker:
All Hacker Motor warranty issues are handled directly by the US Hacker Motor distributor.
