Unfortunately we are no longer allowed to accept Thunder Power battery warranty issues, all defective batteries must be sent directly to Advanced Energy / Thunder Power.

Defective batteries should be sent to the address below, including a detailed explanation of your problem and a copy of the sales receipt.
